Too many people return to the workplace on Monday mornings with a sense of dread. But…it doesn’t have to be that way.

My friend Andy Traub: He gets up on Monday mornings after a weekend with his family…excited…anticipating a new week running his own business. He helps use technology to make their business more profitable
My friend Tom Mertz: He started a printing business in his own bedroom about 20 years ago. He’s grown it into a multi-million dollar company that has a global scope. When I see him, he’s often excited about his next business venture.
My friend Larry Coleman: He’s a veterinarian in Western, Nebraska. He loves people…and he loves animals…and it shows. His passion for his work is contagious.
What’s a common theme among these folks? They’ve all taken time to determine what they are good at…what they like…and they’ve built a business around it.
